Equipping the Next Generation to tell powerful stories that reveal TRUTH to the world
NXTGEN exists to equip and inspire high school students to tell meaningful stories through film. We bring faith and creativity together, helping young filmmakers develop real skills, a strong voice, and a deeper understanding of God’s heart for the world.
Through training and creative challenge, students are encouraged to grow both artistically and spiritually, learning how to communicate hope, truth, and grace in ways that connect with a generation seeking authenticity.
Creative Equipping: Practical filmmaking skills taught by experienced industry professionals.
Faith Formation: A focus on identity, integrity, and walking closely with God while creating.
Real World Impact: Empowering students to share stories that speak to people beyond the church.

The NXTGEN Training Program is a weekly online space where high school students grow in both filmmaking skill and faith. Led by experienced creatives, the program helps students develop their voice, deepen their walk with God, and learn how to communicate truth, hope, and grace through film in a way that connects with the real world.
The NXTGEN Film Festival is where students put their creativity and training into action. Open to high school students, the festival invites young filmmakers to create short films that reveal a yearly theme to a non faith audience through story, craft, and imagination.
Whether you are part of the training program or entering independently, the festival is a chance to be challenged creatively, share your voice, and have your work seen, celebrated, and showcased alongside other young filmmakers from across the country.
